chad

Chad has over 18 years of Law Enforcement experience.  He has extensive training and experience in criminal investigations, leadership in police organizations and elder abuse investigations among other areas.  He is currently the board chair for the Crow Wing County Adult Protection team and continues to serve on the Crow Wing County Victim Services board as well as other organizations.  Chad has served in the Nisswa and Crosslake Police Department’s as an officer.  While with the Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office he served as a deputy, investigator and member of the tactical response team; he was also a background investigator and Internet Crimes Against Children investigator among other positions.

Most recently Chad served as a Sergeant with the Pequot Lakes Police Department.  Chad continues to instruct at Central Lakes College in the criminal justice program as well as in continuing education for active licensed peace officers.  Chad has testified at the State Capital regarding Elder Abuse and his work in the field has not gone unnoticed as he is one of a select few individuals to be featured in the State’s soon to be released mandatory training on Elder Abuse and Neglect for Nursing Homes.  Chad brings an extensive knowledge base to the table that he acquired through countless specialized trainings and a vast investigative career.

adam

Adam has owned his own business since he was 25 years old.  As an owner operator of one of the largest bail companies in Minnesota, he believes that the most essential quality in any endeavor is a strong team.  He brings to the table nearly 20 years of risk assessment and character evaluations as well as experience in skip tracing, people locates, surveillance, investigations, fugitive apprehensions, and asset recovery.

kurt

Kurt has over 13 years of experience in investigative services and criminal apprehension.  After retiring from the military in 2002, he moved into the bail bond industry where he has managed a successful company for 13 years with a staff of  20-30 agents at any given time.  He has been personally involved in well over a thousand skip tracing assignments many of which resulted in successful locates and subsequent arrests made all over the United States.  With his experience in skip tracing, people locates, background checks, loss prevention, and surveillance he is well trained to meet all of our clients investigative needs.

kevin

Kevin has over 20 years of Law Enforcement experience.  He has extensive training in interview and interrogation techniques as well as a successful track record in general investigations.  He brings to the table years of experience in surveillance, crime scene and evidence photography, as well as the taking and retrieval of fingerprints.  He also excels in finding missing persons, personal safety assessments, personal and business protection, theft detection, process serving, and he is well trained in the detection of drug and alcohol use.

josh

Josh’s leadership training began in the U.S. Army where he excelled.  Five of his six years of service were active duty including one year of combat deployment in Afghanistan where he served his part in Operation Enduring Freedom.  In addition to his military experience, Josh has assisted in the management  of our bail company with a special emphasis on risk assessment, asset recovery, electronic surveillance, and skip tracing.  He is undoubtedly the most disciplined member of our team and he has the results to prove it.

Mike is well-known in the investigations field as a sought-after private investigator and nationally known Polygraph examiner, author etc.  He has specialized training from law enforcement to Private investigations as well as Polygraph and lie detection.  Both he and his investigations and polygraph cases have been heard on the news and seen on television.  Here’s a list of his credentials and experiences:

Mr. Delbow also has a history of teaching use of force / defensive tactics and is a nationally known firearms instructor adding extensive knowledge to cases involving use of force and or weapons and firearms.

Mark

Mark has over 20 years of law enforcement experience, mainly in investigations.  He has won various awards and national recognition for his investigative work including the United States Attorney’s Office Justice Award.

Mark has worked as a Deputy Sheriff, Narcotics Investigator, Minnesota BCA Agent, and was a 10+ year member of an FBI gang/gun/drug/violent crime task force.  He previously held a Top Secret security clearance through the FBI. He has thousands of hours of training and experience in numerous law enforcement disciplines including but not limited to:  complex investigations, RICO, organized crime cases, drug enforcement, informant recruitment and management, murder investigations, fugitive apprehension, physical surveillance, and technical surveillance along with extensive undercover experience.  Mark has a specialty in interview and interrogation.

Mark has extensive courtroom experience in state and federal courts including testimony in complex cases, case agent in federal trials, (some up to 6 weeks in length with 50+ witnesses), and expert testimony.

He has also been an adjunct Professor of Law Enforcement and given police training at the state, local and national level including being a featured speaker at several national conferences in Washington, D.C.
